“I love delivering real value to our clients. There is nothing like that feeling you get when leaving a meeting knowing your client is happy with your work and will benefit from your solution.”
Scott’s experience in the communications industry started when he was a young man helping the family business publish a bi-monthly magazine. After that, he became interested in design and worked for a print publisher in Nashville for several years. In 1995, after straining his back and becoming immobilized for a week, Scott discovered the Internet and was hooked. The thinking went, “Hey, this is just like what I do now except without a printing press.” So, with a new Macintosh LC and a head full of ideas, Mediapulse, the first web design shop in Knoxville, Tennessee, was born. Accounts included Regal Entertainment Group, Singer Sewing Machine Company, The Washington Post, DENSO, and The New York Blood Center, to name a few.
In 2010, Scott made a significant move by selling Mediapulse. Following that, he spent a couple of years providing consultation services and attempting to master the art of golf. Subsequently, he ventured into establishing 245TECH, a specialized firm focused on creating bespoke software solutions. Fast forward to 2023, the company underwent a transformation to better showcase its comprehensive marketing services and became 245Digital. Now, as an accredited HubSpot Partner and Digital Marketing Agency, they remain dedicated to delivering the same trusted technology services that have earned them a strong reputation.
Originally from Los Angeles, Scott is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he earned a BBA in Marketing.
FUN FACTS: Scott is an avid collector of unopened antique whiskey bottles.
